At Homeatic, we strive to ensure that every product — from our metallic lunch boxes to our glass essentials — meets your expectations. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are here to help.
Exchange for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage occurred during transit, you may request an exchange within 7 working days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and shipment receipt.
- Due to hygiene reasons, vacuum flasks and lunch boxes cannot be exchanged if they have been used or washed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at cs@homeatic.pk or message us on our official WhatsApp/Social Media pages within 7 working days.
- Provide Evidence: Please share clear photos and a brief video of the defective item and the packaging.
- Ship the Item: Return the product to us using a traceable delivery service (Courier).
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Review: Once our quality control team receives and reviews the item, we will facilitate your exchange promptly.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time before processing. Once a parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.
Sale & Promotion Items
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Sale items can only be exchanged if they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Urgency: Complaints for defective sale items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
When reporting a sale item issue, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the defect
⚠️ Out-of-Stock Items
While we try our best to keep inventory updated, if a product you ordered is unavailable, Homeatic reserves the right to cancel the order. Our team will notify you immediately in such cases to suggest an alternative or confirm the cancellation.
