Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 4–5 working days after order confirmation.
• Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders shipped to remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer.

Packaging & Fragile Handling

Since our product range includes glass, metallic items, and vacuum flasks, we ensure extra protection:

• Each item is secured with multi-layered bubble wrap and high-strength packaging to prevent breakage.
• We work with premium courier partners to ensure your lunch boxes and flasks are handled with care.

Delivery Charges

• Orders below Rs. 2,000: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.
• Orders of Rs. 2,000 and above: Shipping charges will be 10% of the total order amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find any damage, do not worry — just inform our team directly at cs@homeatic.pk. To make the claim process smoother, we suggest filming a quick unboxing video when you first open your parcel.
